1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the dz999 website (the "Platform"), mobile application, or any associated services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement"), as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. 3. Account Registration

If we detect duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, cancel any pending bets, and forfeit any winnings or bonuses. 4.4 Fees

dz999 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.) may apply transaction fees according to their own terms. Currency conversion fees do not apply since all transactions are conducted in BDT. We are not responsible for third-party payment processor fees.

4.5 Prohibited Payment Methods

You may not use third-party payment methods, stolen credit cards, or payment accounts that do not belong to you. Deposits must originate from an account in your own name. Any attempt to use fraudulent payment methods will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to law enforcement authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Our VIP program consists of five tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Elite. VIP status is earned through gameplay and cannot be purchased. Benefits include weekly cashback (5% to 15%), priority withdrawal processing, exclusive tournament access, birthday bonuses, and personalized promotions. 6. Betting Rules

If your account is suspended or closed, we will notify you via email with the reason for closure. In cases of serious terms violations, we may withhold notification pending investigation. If your account is closed for reasons other than fraud or terms violations, any remaining balance (minus outstanding bonuses or disputed amounts) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 14 business days.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure

Technical issues, server downtime, internet connectivity problems, or third-party service failures may affect your ability to access the Platform or place bets. We are not liable for any losses resulting from such technical issues, except where required by law.
